Standard Lead Times
All lead times are calculated using business days. Holidays will extend lead times.
Logs:
Standard in stock, 5 logs or less: 1 – 3 days
Not in stock or more than 5 logs: 8 days
Non-Standard and Specialty Products: 8 days
Cut Products:
Standard in stock up to 4” wide rolls: 3 days
Non-standard cut rolls and greater than 4” wide
(Including half logs): 13 days
Multi-Step Specialty Products:
Products not ending in 0 or 5. (For example: V713)
All steps from oven through cut: 13 days
SPECIALTY PRODUCTS
C800 (CLING FOAM®)
The C800 Series is low density closed cell Polyvinyl Chloride foam with the unique ability to bond to non-porous surfaces without an adhesive. It comes on a special “high gloss” paper to protect the cling surface.
EP900 (Earplug)
Previous testing of a high-quality, die-cut part (shaped for use as an ear plug) of .780” thickness and 0.53” diameter resulted in an average NRR rating of 31.3 when measured from 125 to 8000 Hertz.
L1000 (Log Home Foam)
L1000 Series makes a permanent weather-tight seal while eliminating concern over “log float” during construction and provides an airtight seal after construction.
ULD400
Designed to solve your application problems, ULD Series will conform to irregular surfaces and curves. It is inherently resistant to fire, ultraviolet rays, most chemicals, acids, and solvents.
PVN Polyvinyl Nitrile
This series can be cast on release paper liners or permanently bonded to polyester film. This product is suggested for use in applications requiring improved heat, oil and fuel resistance, and elasticity.
